Rental Policy
- Check in is after 3pm and can be in the middle of the night
- Check out 11am or before
- Overnight guests allowed is strictly enforced to only those guests listed on the rental agreement

- We cannot be responsible for weather situations, we do not refund due to weather
- We suggest purchasing Travel Insurance if you are concerned
- Hot water in the showers only via Solar hot water heater, please conserve hot water
- Smoking is allowed outdoors on the property / No smoking indoors
